Build your plan, select a property and choose the price and terms you want us to ask about. Review and authorize the request before sending it to Mumm for human review and negotiation.

## What can we ask for besides a lower price?

Your request can include repairs, credits, closing timing or a seller-financing proposal. Tell us which terms matter most and where you can be flexible. These are requests for discussion, not approved financing or a completed purchase.

## Does saving my home plan contact the seller?
