- Negotiating any commercial transaction in good faith
- Personal bills, purchases, services
- Business-to-business negotiations within your authority
You cannot use Mumm for
- Anything illegal
- Negotiating taxes, child support, alimony, court-ordered payments
- Actively-litigated claims (use a lawyer)
- Impersonating another person or business
- Negotiating on behalf of someone without their authorization
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward merchants
- Submitting false information about yourself, the merchant, or the bill
- Using the service to extract information for non-negotiation purposes
We will terminate your account if
- You repeatedly submit fraudulent or invalid requests
- You use the service to harass or abuse merchants
- You attempt to circumvent our payment system to avoid fees
- You violate the Terms of Service
- We're legally required to
Reporting misuse
- If you believe someone is misusing Mumm, email abuse@mumm.com
- We take reports seriously and investigate within 5 business days
